OPIC Presents Check to President Reagan 1982.wmv

In the early 1980s OPIC returned its original startup appropriations totaling $106 million to the U.S. Treasury. In 1982 Craig Nalen, then President of OPIC, met with President Ronald Reagan and presented the President with a check for $50 million. The following year another check in the amount of $56 million was presented to Treasury Secretary Donald T. Regan.
