I ran a Zipper for close to 10 years when I worked for Spectrum Entertainment. The ONLY way you would get hit by the ride is if the fence wasn't set up properly, or you were like 20 feet tall. The ride does extend over the fence line, but by the time it does, it is like 20 feet high. If you want proof I ran one, look up Mike Minier on Facebook. I have plenty of pictures.
