Sidney Crosby takes a hard cross check from Peverly (Pens vs Bruins 12/5/11)

Sidney Crosby goes down hard in the crease. He got up a little slowly but appeared to be no worse for wear. Now, the Pens have revealed that Crosby didn't feel 100% after this game (he recently returned from concussion) and will be held out of the game against the Flyers (12/8) and Islanders (12/10) for precautionary reasons.

@diegoteinog All I was trying to do was pinpoint a hit that lead to his concussion-like symptoms. This play probably should've been a two minute minor, but you shouldn't take the presence of this video as me "bitching" about Sid getting hit. Far from it.

The empty fucking sock drawer he has protecting his brain is what leads to his concussions... The poor kid's done -and the sooner he comes back and gets hit the better it will be for all involved!

It is good to see Crosby getting hit like that. He is my favorite player and that proves he is alright. The crash with Kunitz as the reason for that precautioness.
