Dan Rather reveals how the Corporation controls the Media

It's quite obvious that Rather was the corporate fall guy for the suits who were afraid of the Bush admn. at that time. The Bush admn. carried out a well known and documented assault on any news organizations that questioned them and didn't go along with there programs.
They even used homeland security to wiretap rogue reporters which broke a multitude of federal laws.

It's hard for me to believe that--since Bush plays for the same team as Obama: the oligarchs who own the world.

Bull. That whole incident was a classic reverse psychological mind game to get Bush the vote from his conservative base to secure the '04 election. Rather and CBS were happy to go along with it. The apology and everything else was a smokescreen to protect the lie. And old Danny boy gets his swan-song and a nice juicy retirement.

Here is a nice example of two very old men who are not quite in touch with reality anymore. He lost the law suit. He's shown himself to be a PARTISAN HACK. Even though he seems to have contempt for partisanship. He only has contempt for a certain party.  Sad that he had to go out without any dignity left to his name.
I'm sure that when he dies, the media will exalt him as an icon. So at least he's got that going for him.

when tv first came out, it instantly became used as a liable device for propaganda.
i am a student, and i can first hand witness the account of how dangerous media and ads can become.
the news tells us what kind of an opinion we have to form.
