A "birther" according to you is someone who asks to see the president's birth certificate. Asking for a document is not exactly the same as assuming he is not born in America. For example, candidates are routinely asked for tax filings, medical records, college transcripts etc. but for some reason, the one document which alone, qualifies someone to run for president, simply cannot be provided.

To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA and it requires 2 conditions:

1) Obama must be born in the USA.

2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!

Therefore OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!
