KCAL News 9 did a very nice story about our Motion Pro II Racing Simulator at Siggraph 2008.

They got the pricing a little off, but I guess their way sounded more sensational :)

The CXC Motion-Pro II Simulator is no evolution. It's a ground-breaking revolution. Full-motion technologies, force feedback and state-of-the-art control systems have been combined with innovative, cutting-edge design to enable extremely realistic racing simulations. Never before has truly pro-level racing simulation been available at such an accessible price point whether as the ultimate thrill package for high-end private or corporate use (using one of several Automatic modes) or as a fully-configurable sophisticated learning tool for professional drivers and engineers. The MP II is supplied ready to go, using the latest PC hardware, CXC Racing software and AV technology. You simply strap yourself in, switch on and drive.

  • Does this work with a PS3?

  • @buickboy92

No, unfortunately PS3 (and Xbox) do not output motion telemetry. Also, the physics and graphics models are much more advanced on PC.

The good news is, the PC and all the software/games needed are included with every Motion Pro II simulator.

  • Wish I had money to buy this :-(

  • Drove one at the Esquire house, un-be-lieveable!Driven race cars for 20 years, no sim I've ever driven comes close to this. Steering mech doesn't use sloppy gears.Instead, zero slop, buttery smooth, huge feedback and utter precision. The wheel loading up, road feel damp out at speed exactly like real downforce was eerie.Detailed brake feel through the seat & wheel. Easy to modulate trail braking on a bumpy track.Talked a friend into buying one so I can get some more seat time:0
