@shadexsilver1 - Hi. Currently we have about 50 cheetahs under our care. They all came to us as orphans or were injured and not able to go back into the wild. Cheetahs stay with their mother up to 2 years, and they learn from her everything they need to learn to survive. Orphans are not able to survive in the wild without their mother's teachings.

dont worry they may be doing breeding so the wont be extinct.

Ah, we wish this was true. Because of loss of habitat and conflict with humans, the cheetah's normal breeding rates are not enough to keep the species alive. We need to continue educating people on how to share their land with cheetahs.
