Daniel Ryan Reed
Daniel Ryan Reed, 26, of Krum passed away Sunday, June 21, 2009 in Carrollton as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born March 10, 1983 in Irving to James T. Reed and Jo Evelyn Hood Wicks. He graduated from Krum High School and was the owner of Precision Automotive.
Visitation will be Monday, June 22, 2009 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Jo Wicks of Krum, father, James T. Reed of Krum; brother, Nathan Reed of Krum; grandparents, Evelyn Hood of Denton, James and Theopal Reed of Krum. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Joe Hood.

To the Reed Family, I know some time has passed, but I'm sure the pain and the empty feeling in your hearts will always be. I just found out about the passing of Daniel. I will continue to pray for your family, and pray that Gods, grace, mercy, and love will continue to carry you all. Ms. Reed I'm Yhana Abdullah's baby sister and I can remember playing with both of your sons when we would come and visit Yhana in college. He worked on my car, and I just found out today. My oldest son has the same birthday, March 10, but 1993. I am shocked, and I am so sorry for his family, especially his mother. I have been praying that his soul did not get stuck here, but that he is with God, and happy.

He was my boyfriend for a short time when we were about 13 or 14. We also went to church together around the same time (96 or 97). I wish I could have known him as an adult. I am so sorry for your loss. ~Mindy (Wilson) Callahan~

I knew Daniel many years ago. For some reason I had been thinking of him for the past few weeks. My heart aches to find out that he has passed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Daniel Ryan Reed you will be missed (((Hugs)))

This is Dan's mom....how did you know him. It must have been along time ago, because everyone called him Ryan as he got older. I miss him so much. He was my life.
