Some of your points are incorrect. The rise of the Ku Klux Clan were not just anti-black. They were just super conservative. The rise is of Clan membership was mostly in response to degradation of morale in the cities, especially northern. It was vastly popular in the south and took over in the government of seven states. Also, the immigration quota was due to racism against the "lesser" and "dirtier" whites, eastern Europeans.
