Jason Chambers and Bill Duff travel to South Korea, birthplace of one of the most acrobatic and physically punishing fighting styles in the world, Taekwondo. They travel to ancient fortresses, break marble slabs, and learn an insane arsenal of jumping, flying and spinning taekwondo kicks. They'll serve as bodyguards protecting
a VIP from potential attack, and channel the fighting spirit of an ancient band of Korean warriors. It's all in service to their ultimate challenge: a full-on Tae Kwon Do battle
with a former World Champ.

  • 1:51 knocked-out?!?! Too naive!!

  • jaja pobre tipo solo vio como tiraba y se dejo caer muy buenoa tae kwon doines

  • I would never return to a match if I was in as much pain as he appeared to be. What's more important trying to win 1 match? Or your entire career? Knees are messed up anatomy and sometimes don't heal at all so yeah =/ could end you if you don't know when to quit.

  • @DoctorCimarron Yeah funky things happen unfortunately. I'll be flying to Korea later on in the year to get mine checked out, but until then I'll just have to try to be mindful not to torque it at all. I hope your knee is much better and healed properly. Best of luck in your training!

  • @jinxtacy It is true what you say but to have blown aout the knee like it appeared on the video, to the point of not being able to continue, it means he must have hada previous injury. The way he was moving before and during that week it seems unlikely. Knee injuryies due take time. It took me a whole year to get over a knee injury sustained during my taekwondo training (I used to train with a master that emphasized traditional combat taekwondo) But I kept training despite the pain (not smart).

  • @DoctorCimarron Haha I've been battling a knee injury for a couple months now that started with just a little bit of torque as I came around the corner. Strange things can happen...especially with knees unfortunately.

  • LOL at 1:51 Bill says "lets not get knocked out".....he got knocked the FUCK out : )

  • Just found this stupid.

  • .... no choice.. ^^ running 45 kick ^^

  • His tornado kick (bad technique aside) was not very fast and with enough spin to have injured him like he claimed.
