When people commiit suicide, its because they have no other escapre. Trust me, ive thought and tried many times. My parents think im insane, and thats fine because they never take my side. They put me down, just like the teenagers in my school. I hate to say it but suicide, isnt selfish. People who think it is, or people who get mad about it are selfish because all the victim wants to do is be happy, and nothing life has can give it to them.

It is becoming increasingly more evident that the rise in suicide among young people is directly related to prescribed medications for mental and emotional disorders. We must make the pharmacuetical corporations stop killing our children.

I agree, although anti-depressants do work for some, it has strange effects on teen agers and young adults because they are not emotionally, physically, or even mentally matured yet. It's not just young adults and teens, some older adults have become even more depressed because of the pills. It's sad because everyones looking for a quick fix and there is no quick fix to depression.
