I have not put a bench shirt on in 10 months. This was my first run in the Metal Jack. I was very pleased with my initial results.

@beavis66 you are right. i did not realize that you lift so much raw. idk i suppose it is easier to be hostile in an anonymous environment, i have a strong dislike for geared lifting which built up into a destructive viewpoint on a wide group of lifters. so i do apologize to you, i made erroneous assumptions
