From my reading, for a normal heartbeat of a adult is 60-100 beat per minute (bpm), with children slightly higher. If you heartbeat is in the range of 91-100 or even higher, may be it's time for you to start doing some cardio to strength your heart! Because with the heartbeat rate so high, its just a matter of time before your heart gives out and you will suffer from heart related condition. Conditioned athletes often have resting heart rates below 60 bpm. This circuit is dedicated to Dr. Rana.

  • @Nireshndiresh sure, you can search 'Heart Beat Monitor for Microcontroller 8051" by Dr. Rana, I tried to give the direct link but the error message has came out and I even can't reply here. So you can find the sensor circuit there and it works fine, you can modify more for the better result, good luck!

  • Can u share the circuit schematic?
