Back when Mark Henry truly was a beast. He had some hops for his size and some killer muscle mass. Well he still has the muscle mass but his injuries made him lose that elevation he used to get in those splashes and elbow drops.

People tend to forget Mark Henry has a powerlifters body, which is a combination of fat and muscle. Yea he was in great shape here he was young here. And even now he is in great shape for a man who is 40yrs old. Not many 40yrs old are in the best shape, he may not be as muscular as he once was but to say he is just fat is not true. Still has a powerlifters body for a 40yr old. Still in great shape in my opinion.

@lazycrazybastard I know when I see shit. And Mark Henry is a shit wrestler. He can't move, he can't punch... he's got a good vertical leap because of his leg strength but that's it. He's uncoordinated as hell. Him being world champ these days is testament to how horrible the WWE has gotten. He's paid his dues I'll give him that.. but still..

I remember this feud when I was a kid, I fucking hated the fact that Vader lost, WWF/E really did not know how to book him. Plus Mark Henry was a douche then. (I despised the Nation of Domination)
Happy Mark's world champion now though.
