This video is in conjunction with a giveaway on t-shirtforums.com. Josh Ellsworth with Imprintables Warehouse teaches you how to customize hats with a heat press. Part 2 of 2.
One question...I saw a very thick vinyl wording on a cap, more than 1mm thick, how they press the vinyl onto the cap without melting the surface of the wording vinyl?
Maybe they reverse the cap with vinyl at the bottom and cap on the top, [cap between vinyl and hot press]? I mean instead of '' cap-vinyl-hot press'', they placed vinyl-cap-hot press? So that the vinyl melt at the base where it touch the fabric leaving the vinyl surface intact without the risk of melting? THANKS...
could i use a iron or does it have to be a heat press?
