My first try at animated flames with my owm eastern feel music track. For those interested
in making animated flames let me offer some instructional assistance. If you want to do this
for free you will need three apps (apophysis 2.08) not the 3d hack which will not allow you to
export flame files (flam animator) which has a GUI and Virtual Dub. You wil have to make a
flame that you like, save the parameters and export the flame.png. Reopen the flame and then
make slight changes and repeat the save and export steps until you have enough flames to
make a collection(I made 8) with flam animator. You wil then import all the flames individually(In Flam3) in order
then select and tween them together which will fill in between with intermediate png pics
this video is repeated five time the original is only 25 seconds which took 8 hours to render
in flam animator. The .png file sequence was then imported into Virtual Dub, and used to make
an avi video file. I then took the avi, and imported it into Movie Maker in windows Photo Gallery,
and repeated it with color cycling, and added the mp3 audio file I created with Cakewalk Audio.
I then published it as a wma file .The majority of the time was spent in trial and error, with
apophysis, and flam3, until I got the right versions and found the tutorials to clarify the steps
involved. This is my first try so it's not to detailed, but for reference the original file was 247 frames
generated which gave me 25 seconds of video.
