Don't know if this ever aired on TV, as this was about the time I stopped watching TV, but it was on the laserdiscs Sears used to play in-store on all the TVs. They included Sears commercials like this one along with movie trailers and music videos. I got a hold of a few from around 1993-94. Always thought this one was amusingly ridiculous, I keep meaning to play it on something with pitch control to hear how the music might have originally sounded. Sound on YouTube is crappy mono, I'll get this on the better sites in stereo soon.
Judging from the guy with the sunglasses' hairline, he's way too old to be hanging around with that kid. =P

As soon as I stop being lazy I'll put this up in better quality, now that YouTube is finally doing stereo. I recorded this one to test the crappy Polaroid DVD recorder I ended up taking back, you can see some white horizontal lines in parts of this which was a big problem with that unit.

Awesome commercial, I recorded ET on tape back in 1991, and this was one of the commercials!

I got that Technics cassette deck that they show. It's pretty good for dubbing and recording from the radio.
