@shiPOWdon Out of basic respect, you usually ask people before you film them going about their daily lives. I doubt this guy asked those women anything. If some Ghanaian was chilling at my swim club and wanted to film the locker room area while I was in it, I'd tell them no. It's just a cardinal rule of filming/picture taking in foreign countries.
