@THEGODOVROIDZ Thank you! It's been about getting real...getting to the root of the reason I've struggled with it my entire life. "Diets" only address the symptoms of a much greater problem. Once I worked on the emotions, I was able to start learning more about proper nutrition and exercise. I've been hitting the gym, trying to keep my daily calorie burn above 3500 on non-gym days and eating a balanced diet. It's been amazing and I'm loving it. :)
