  • Anyone know exactly how long the oasis is?

  • @Timberwolf8998 Both Oasis and Allure of the Seas are 1187 feet long

  • this ship actually 4 to 5 times bigger than titanic.. and they planing to built 1 more witch is bigger than the oasis.. scary.. O-O

  • @Ball87Fire Allure of the Seas will be exactly the same size as Oasis of the Seas when she debuts 12/1/10. Ships are AWESOME!

  • @CruiseGuy1 Actually no, Allure of the seas might me slightly larger than oasis, like it happened with Titanic and Olympic, that Titanic was slightly larger, this might happen again, because Allure is already 15MM longer than oasis, so you never know Allure might be slightly larger, but not drastically larger.

  • @TITANICLUSITANIA Thanks for your comment. Allure is stated to possibly be almost 5mm longer, but has nothing to do with gross tonnage which is interior volume not weight. Oasis and Allure of the Seas exceed 105,000 tons displaced, which is weight. This is more than the largest Nimitz Class aircraft carriers which are 98500, full.

Titanic was 5000 GRT more than Olympic because they enclosed the promenade deck, otherwise, ships were identical.

  • @cruiseshipmad 5 mm is just enough for Hernan Zini :)

  • @cruiseshipmad I did suspect some things inside would be different. I know Carnival the Spirit class may have the same arrangements but colors are different inside and some of the names are different. I do know the Allure of the seas is the first ship to feature a Starbucks on board.

  • @MrWill1985 the first look, yes but the theatre looks different, the carousel looks different, it has got some sort of pattern above the aqua theatre, where the climbing walls are, and allure has got different horns, they are orange inside

  • @CruiseGuy1 Allure is bigger ever so slightly though

  • driving that thing must be a pain!

  • @CruiseGuy1 Wow thats pretty big, Thanks!

  • @CruiseGuy1 Are the Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas exactly alike on the inside? I know they look the same on the outside.

  • i miss this ship so much, had the time of my life on it
