President Barack Obama's message to the Arab world today was "take the risks reform entails and you will have the full support of the United States." But across the Potomac River in Falls Church, Virginia, thousands of miles away from their families in Cairo, Tunis and Jerusalem, the Arab community saysthey are waiting for promise to turn into progress.
