Wylie Bearup, Director for the Phoenix Street Transportation Dept. gives an introduction to all who attended the South Mountain Community College Pedestrian Crossing Project Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. He also introduces the guest speakers of the exciting event. The speakers included Vice Mayor, Michael Johnson of the Phoenix City Council District 8, Shari L. Olson, President of South Mountain Community College and Susan Shaffer Nahmias, Chair of the Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission.
