When I came back to the hospital my girlfriend, now wife, had already received the news I was cancer free and met me there with the news. I can say without medicinal marijuana I'd be dead. Now, be smart people it doesn't cure everything, but if there's nothing left don't die wishing you'd done something different.

@tom3167. Actually man it can. I had colon cancer 8 years ago and thank god I lived in California at the time. Got it when I as 17. Never tried weed before, but slowly I did. Then one day I decided to go all out, what's the worse thing that could happen, I die? Too bad cancer was gonna do that anyway.
