Snow Removal Action Part 1

City of Waterville snow removal action. Several pieces of equipment is used to remove snow from city streets. The snow dumping site is also shown at the end of the video along with pictures from last years pile. Now that was a big pile last year. Some of that snow and ice is still visible well into June and July of the following summer most years.

@devildriver66621 This is one of the old airport snow blowers that is now used only for street snow removal. We now have a larger newer unit up at the airport.

the drive motor. The blower motor is a 300 horsepower c12 detroit

thats good old maine for ya, i live down in addison/harrington area, we need crews like that on some back roads because them bigger trucks can't keep the snow off the roads
