It has voice chat.
The graphic card of my PC is better than th one in the xbox and on xbox you can only play with 16 online on pc with 32 !!

PC has voice chat, from most of the videos i've seen, and no the xbox has all the graphics options set to medium automatically, and the PC has adjustable settings, so if your PC is good enough you can put it on all the highest settings. not to mention you can just plug in an xbox controller on the PC. sure, xbox has DLC but once the contract with microsoft and rockstar runs out they'll start making the DLC for PC and possibly PS3. so stfu and deal with it.

We do as many stunts as we can in an hour and I video everything. Then I edit it and show the best bits on youtube!
