The reasons why someone choses to lose weight don't matter as long as they reach they're goal.

Whatever it takes girlie. I lost 115 pounds and I never gave a crap about my health...I look fierce now. Took me a year and a half, running everyday and Weight watchers...IT WORKS!!! I owe them big!!

I think you are doing great! I don't understand why they are making you eat so many calories, though. I know 2000 has been a very common average daily intake, but everyone is different. Also, I understand the concept of eating frequently, but if you are not hungry and it is making you not feel good, then you shouldn't have to eat.
Good Luck with it! Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration to a lot of people.

try separating the 2,000 total calories into 5-7 small meals. e.g. 2 servings of whole rolled oats(oatmeal) and some blueberries (i put metabolic drive protein mix into it as well) is approx 400 calories (w/o pro. mix). Now you just gotta think of 5 other healthy options for the rest of the day and you reach 2,000!

Hang in there. You are doing great. there are some instances where people workout for a year and the weight just starts coming if it is a gene that takes a while to tell the body to stop storing fat. PS don't focus too much on the cosmetic benenfits think about how much more healthy your heart lungs etc are
