Sustainable Construction

This was a presentation made in response to RFP by Texas A&M University for the construction of Construction Science Department. We had to play a role of a company in winning the project. Our company was named TEK and I played the role of Vice President of Design and also BIM professional. The proposal was presented in Satterfield & Pontikes Construction company. I played a major role in the team taking up the complete responsibility of design(Architecture, Structure and MEP) along with the Modeling and Animation of the building. I had to manage a team of 7 members by distributing work according to the previous experience and work nature of my team members. We had a good time working hard and smart in achieving LEED points together by innovations in both Design, Materials and also in technology. The Software used were Autodesk Revit (Architecture and Structure), Navisworks and Movie Maker.
