@CWSmith03111982. And what about all the other problems that were associated with DDT? Sure it helped fight off malaria carrying mosquitos, but what about all the animals that were poisoned with DDT and were then consumed by people who were saved from malaria thanks to DDT only to be left to die from cancer thanks to DDT? Where shall the line be drawn? DDT is great stuff, but over use of anything is going to end in disaster. If you haven't read Silent Spring, might I suggest you do.

Great Job! Maybey if we can get a child to read Racel Carson, it would look sooooo cute and innocent that people will naturally forget that her ban on DDT led to the extermination of over 50 million people through malaria!
