this piracy problem is simple and yet not one single person who spoke understood that piracy is just a symptom of poor physical economic organization. they are thugs because their country has nothing to offer, the solution is to end the british empire. bring irrigation to the land, start producing crops, build a nuclear power station and build up an industrial complex to serve food and power production and distribution. with this living standards will increase and violence will decrease.... duh
