I know shea butter has a certain smell, some people like it, some don't, but on the CS site one reviewer compared the smell of the shea butter to the smell of cigarettes, does it smell anything like the scent of cigarettes?

I can't buy it if it does, I hate the smell of cigarettes

@VNSW I have never smelled cigarettes. This shea butter is actually unscented so I don't know why anyones would smell anything. When it's on the skin it still doesn't have a scent.

Hi, love ur video. I was just wondering if you've used the Cocoa Butter from Coastal Scents? I'm thinking of buying it but there's not many reviews on it and wouldn't really know how to use it. Any suggestions?

@julyg602 I really have no idea bc I just use this shea butter. But I'd love to know how you like it if you do get it. Just remember, CS won't accept a return on it unless it's damage or didn't show up. So if you don't like it, then you'll probably just have to give it away to someone.

I get this from CS, and I use it on everything! I was nervous about putting it on my hair at first, because I don't have oily hair, and I thought it might make it look oily, so I did it on a weekend, where I didn't have to go out. I melted it down, soaked my hair and scalp in it. Then after an hour I washed it out. OMG my hair was soft for weeks! I use it now as a monthly treatment., and my hair looks SOOO much better.

Hey girl! Thanks for the review! I will definitely be purchasing some!! I've heard SO many good things about shea budduh; I don't see how I can go wrong.

P.s. I, too, have KB and have recently discovered MSM powder which is an amazing mineral that, when applied topically (or taken internally), DRAMATICALLY reduces the bumps and no. It has helped me so much! I really can't say enough good things about it.

Thanks for the review. I usually find Shea Butter in Asian Hair stores which seem to cater to African Americans like me. I have noticed that the price has gone up and now some seem to charge the same price for chunks(get less) and solid containers. I am seeking cheaper prices so that I can contiinue to use it. Is the shipping and handling costly and what size? B.)
