Just be YOU when you sing, and if you keep it up, you will rock. I find it interesting that Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson, Madonna, are great singers and all of them had to work from a voice that wasn't naturally perfect out the gate. I don't find your voice displeasing or off key, either so it's not bad!
I have admired your guitar playing for awhile....
