UACT CONFERENCE '09 - (Part 5) Theatre in the Classoom

In this fast-paced and active workshop participants will learn ways to infuse theatre arts into the classroom. Playing theatre games with your students will bring energy and imagination to the group. These exercises provide focus, freedom and create community within the classroom. Theater games are also useful in improving students ability to communicate verbally and nonverbally and develop skills in concentration, problem solving and group interaction. Come ready to play and leave armed with activities that you can immediately share with your students.
