  • an affirmation beyond the double affirmation of power, when power says it is the only affirmative, authentic vision, democratic and emancipatory. That its final virtual fulfillment is inevitable and that 'we' who are its 'beneficiaries' and 'investors' are reduced finally into passive and happy consumer idiots. critique today must analyze possibilities outside this 'happy' hegemonic insinuation. today and into the future, we must affirm our equality in the face of widening spheres of suffering.
