President Richard Nixon talks to his advisor and former law partner Leonard Garment about a speech Nixon had recently given about arts funding. Nixon also recalls a story he once heard about putting art above money. Garment in memoirs "Crazy Rhythm" calls Nixon as aesthete. The two men were friends and would occasionally go to classical concerts together.
