Operation Reconnect: Champaign Illinois

Footage from the April 12 protest against Scientology in Champaign, IL. Despite its insistence that family is a building block of society, for decades now the Scientology corporation has encouraged and even forced its members to disconnect from family and friends, anyone that their officers believe is critical of the organization. Anonymous believes that this, among the litany of all Scientology's abuses, is the cruelest.

Please excuse the rough nature of the footage, it's my first video. All the footage of the cars at the beginning was taken while a Scientologist had come out of the building and rearranged two trucks, a van, and a car right in front of us as though that would make us disappear. Later on, a woman Scientologist dropped off another car to fill up the last hole on the street. Nice try, but they couldn't stop the message from getting through.
