This might be good for a start, but you're only dealing with a sagittal plane issue. Remember that the Achilles is a triplane musculature structure (based on it's transverse plane attachments at the femur, and it's ability to run past the subtalar joint, which has frontal plane mobility) and should be addressed in all three planes. In fact, most Achilles tendonitis is caused by an overload in the sagittal plane.
