  • Lets see them do that on a normal road and not some smooth as a babies butt drags strip, or better high side around a corner on a normal road.

  • @johncriten I have. No skin lost on the areas protected by the jeans. No real impact resistance of course, but they protect from slide damage very well.

  • Part 2. She slid for no more than 3M. I'm just astounded that this product faired so badly under the circumstances. I've done less damage with jeans on. She bought those jeans in good faith that they would offer a degree of protection in the event of a fall. They offered zip... yes NOTHING. I am not a happy bunny and nor is she. I emailed Draggin jeans and heard guess what? FUCK ALL back. Wankers. They may supply slide or "dragging" capabilities but the initail impact? Nowt!!

  • @Bikerboythousand Of COURSE they don't provide impact resistance. They're not armoured pants, they're kevlar which provides excellent slide resistance. I half munted my pair by lending them to my mate when I went to Vietnam for a year, and I'm lucky I did cos he lowsided his 650. Saved his legs. Sucks that your gal got hurt, in any case, but I think you expect too much from a pair of draggins. They're slide damage preventers, not impact. Wear armoured shit for that.

  • @jigmesam but it wasnt much of an impact. Before you slide ....you impact. they faired poorly. they are shite!

  • @Bikerboythousand I think you should be careful of labelling something like these jeans as "shite" and saying that you'd have as much protection as wearing normal jeans. What kind of injury was sustained? Did she lose all the skin on her legs/hips at the same time? Don't forget how bad injuries can be. Draggins don't prevent impact damage, but they do go a long way to improving the odds on not losing half a kilo of skin off your hips/ass. And we love the skin on our girl's bums, let's face it!

  • where are you from?

  • @jigmesam Didnt lose all the skin on her legs as she didnt slide far enough. The only other bit of damage on her was she scuffed a glove. A 15 quid glove that hit the floor pretty much the same that her knee did... and did go into a hole. Anyway.... case closed. Its a long time ago and i ditched her anyway lol. NO MORE REPLIES!

  • @Bikerboythousand was she wearing the knee pad ?

  • @Bikerboythousand was she wearing the knee pads ?

  • @Bikerboythousand was she wearing the optional knee pads ?

  • looks like they will have a good stall at the tokyo bike show this year...

hope it shows what this company is all about and not just a big bag of wind...

  • I just read the negatives comments. F*&^, some people are so stupid. These jeans are great, in fact it would be safe to say these jeans are probably the best kevlar jeans on the market. No doubt about it.
