  • Thanks! Yes, "Rook's Pawn III" is a 100% custom built robot, and has 24 degrees of freedom which allow him to move in much the same manor a human would. The gyro senses acute changes in momentum and the robot reacts to compensate for that change. He was built to compete against other robots in the ring, so the added stability is a big plus.   • moving it that way you had always kept its center of gravity in the middle of the head...a rotating surface would be better to try it..I guess...
