This was not an out of body experience as Todd bentley is suggesting. In Acts, Phillip was PHYSICALLY moved from one place to another. Todd did not say this had happened to him. There are NO examples of the Apostles appearing to other people in dreams or otherwise. And even PAul when he was caught up in the heavens was told NOT to speak of what he saw there and did not. Read 2 Corinth 11 warning of false teachers and "super-apostles" going on about angelic visitations and dreams.
