where is this part on my '99 mercury mountaineer V8? my check engine light gives a P1450 code which one reason it says a possible blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid

Hi, please helps, 1998Honda Accord LX 4 cyl. with code P1456 = EVAP Emission control system leak detected (fuel tank system). I don't know where to begin. Last problem I got was the MAP sensor P0108, i have replaced new MAP sensor and it works great. Now with P1456, everyday when start engine then drive but when I step on gas paddle, it has no pressure to go forward. But If I start engine and wait 10-15 mins. to warm up engine, it works ok.What do i have to do and to replace?? thanks in advance.
