Would I need to cut some of the bottom off to put on a cake?

How do u put them on the cake? Do u cut off the bottom a little bit and sit on cake or is there another way?

u might be able to put a tooth pick in it and put it on the cake

just like just a tooth pick, or just use some extra icing
