  • I'm familiar with the technique and it really does do a good job thanks for making these videos they are useful . Grunting really hard to clear the trachia area mostly uncontrolably is more of concern for me . feels like little elves are using a torch to dry out my trachia or adams apple very quickly it spasms like that and then goes away when I clear my throat and spit or shall I say trachia . sorry that sounds gross but phlem is my enemy .
