Dude, did you stop breathing?! :)

Nice Cadence you have there, very smooth form, I wish I could just get to a smooth technique, I am still learning how to get the best technique that doesnt waste my hands, and thatI dont pull using my biceps on the upswing...theres so much to remember when you are flipping one of these things up- you make it look easy, but I know you have worked hard to get where you are. Well done mate , youre an inspiration to us all.

thats impressive...im thinking on starting KB workout but i dont know isnt it bad for your joints?

What brand of Kbell is that? It looked to have a very smooth finish. I have trouble with my Dragon Door Kbells tearing my calouses. Good Job too!

thats sick.. getting ready for testing in minnesota for rkc at end of june, still have to break up the flow in sets of 25, 15, 10 switching arms. nice work

awesome! great form!
Very impressive. I've just started snatches on the 24 but I get smoked after doing 2 x 15 with each arm and that's despite being a long distance runner with good cardio ability (or so I thought!).
Did you have lots or cardio experience like running and cycling before you used kettlebells or did it develop purely from ketlebell work?

@got2hurt
Just KB work. I was pretty out of shape until I started with KBs. Gym work just doesn't cut it.

Youre a beast at snatching!!! How did you training to be soo good at snatching??

Just practice, practice, and more practice. The snatch is by far my favorite move although swings come pretty close. I do lots of heavy snatching, double snatches (light and heavy), hang snatch, dead snatch (single and double), and waiter's snatch w/ 32kg and below. The only way to get real good at something is to do it repeatedly. Thanks for the comment.
