An rare appearance by Shane Howard at Finbars in Maleny. He wowed an appreciative audience with accoustic versions of his songs and then finished off with about 4 songs accompanied by spirited local band "As the Crow flies" with accompanying vocals by Jodie Cockatoo.

  • Yes it was a great night. Shane is a great performer and an even better human being. It was great to share it with so many people who really appreciated what a privilege it was to be there.

  • Tom Richter, guitar,Owen Gray, bass,Peter Hudson, drums. I'll give Jodie the benefit of the doubt, probably had lousy foldback.

  • Loved the photo opportunity at approx. 3.02 on the video, thanks for the video, Shane is the best I have seen in 30 years.

  • there is a few stores that stock shane howard CDs in Sth West Victoria. Near Warnambool a place called Killarney has a great selection of CDs and LPs

  • Shane Howard has a greatest hits album out called "Retrospect - collected songs 1982-2003". It's absolutely wonderful. It has a few Goanna songs and a couple of live versions of his songs. Highly recommended!!

  • that was a great night. I love to catch Shane live whenever I can but it's particularly wonderful when he's solo and got more playing time than when he does a support act slot. great video, thanks.
