NVIDIA GPU PhysX off/on comparison video
NVIDIA and DICE have released another PhysX technology preview video. The video shows a side-by-side comparison of several gameplay scenes with GPU PhysX off and on.

Because you have Mirrors Edge 1.0, there are reported issues with crashing every few minutes. Days after it was released, they came out with the 1.1 patch, just download it and it will stop crashing. That being said, I am surprised an 8600GT will run physX so on your cpu. My 8800GT Dipped below 20FPS, so I upgraded to a GTX 260 and use my 8800GT for physx

I have one 8600 GT, I enabled PhysX in the game and it works. But it crashes randomly :S
