The lights were used as the vehicle was parked in a  very dark end of the driveway and as many people were visiting the house we lit up the area. The driver actually could not see the lights as they were outside his field of view. The top light was required as it lights up the drivers face for the cockpit during night time events which is one of 4 cameras that output to a LCD display noubted at the rear for the audience to view.

Take away the lamps and distracting objects on the side of your screen. It will enhance the illusion enormously!
