I've always preferred 1st person view in the Thief series. It remains closer to the original games as well as being my main style of gameplay for Thief anyway. I've never really liked 3rd person for this game.

At around 1:30 in Garrett's apartment, the glow of the windows and the background music creates a fantastically surreal atmosphere. A little bit warm and comfortable but a little bit cold and scary. It does a good job implying the presence of a much larger magical world beyond the room. Too bad there isn't.

I love the way the music connects with the effects and atmosphere of garretts apartment, the kinda place that lacks almost everything yet you wouldnt mind living there XD

Fully agree, Garret's appartment is very cosy, and I do love the Bloom in the game.
