@DJFComputerTutorial ended up not being a problem with IE, it was a weird virus thing. I used a program called tdskiller and that solved all the problems

@Nizwiz411 ... I know what you mean...... try to go to add and remove programs and uninstall IE then reinstall IE... or fuck IE and just install Google Chrome or Firefox they are much better anyways
