TO ALL SIDEKICK USERS!!!!!

My Name is Edwin and i have a Sidekick LX 09. In the pass month or so my phone has been acting up. I have lost ALL my received pictures via SMS and 90% of my contacts. The "Download Catalog" isn't working at the moment.. Well basically the people that control the Data in and out of our sidekicks is called DANGER. DANGER was bought by Microsoft. Not really sure why im not a Business person so you can do some research yourself. but something happen about a month a go and they was a "DATA MALFUNCTION" and T-Mobile is trying to fix it and recover all of our data but there is a higher chance that, that is not going to happen, They have been sending to all Sidekick users that is dealing with this problem. But anyways my Phone resets at least twice a day. All my Pictures by SMS are gone. So the only thing right now that keeps me from Losing all my contacts is that i pull out my old Sidekick Slide and transfer the Contact Info via Bluetooth. Its a lot easier that way than going in and typing out all the phone numbers in. All the E-Mail stuff i still have i haven't lost any of that stuff... yet. So i want to know what is your guys experience and opinion about all this. Thank YOU..

t-mobile is full of shit i gotta sidekick 08. i lost all of my contacts pics text messages smhss almost everything. yo do know how i can get my info back? they sent me a message telling me to go to t-mobile then click on restore info. they dnt have a tab saying restore info
