This is a video from me, DarkspinesSonic A.K.A Da1AndOnlySonic, showing a glitch that causes your skater to be shot forward at a massive speed on Skate 3. There are 2 different methods shown in the video, the first method being the revised, easier, recommended method. These methods are for created skate parks only, due to different object placement features (specifically L1/LB + Triangle/Y to reset all objects).
Method 1: Place a "Wedge Ramp Large". Then, move it from its original location, with the lower end facing where you want to go. Next, stand at the high end of the "Wedge Ramp Large", and set a marker, making sure to then jump off and add the object to the session marker. After that, simply "Go To Marker" to get in position, and hit the triangle button (or Y button if you're on the 360) to perform a drop in while cycling through your taunts. For this method in particular, I have found it best if one of your taunts is "flip table", as it is easier to get the timing right, but any taunt can work. Anyway, when you are cycling through your taunts, the character won't drop in, and once you see that he/she isn't dropping in, make sure that the last taunt you initiate is "flip table". What you want to do after that is reset the objects with L1 then triangle (LB then Y for 360) when your skater has their arms at around the halfway point between having their arms up and putting them back down (you can use the video as a reference for timing). Basically, when you drop from an area that is off the ground while taunting in the pre-drop in animation, your board will stay put until you hit the ground. However, if you are still in pre-drop in animation, the board will just return to your foot. The objective is attempt to drop in around the time that you are landing (which is why the object reset timing is based on the taunt). If timed correctly, the board should shoot to where you are, throwing you in the direction that you are facing at a massive speed.
Method 2: The old method I used, which is much more random and a good deal tougher to execute correctly. In my old method you had to time pressing the triangle/Y button during a taunt, in addition to using a much more random object (which is the "Manual Pad and Rail"). The second part of the video shows that method in action, I will point only to that, as the process is somewhat similar to method 1.
Also note that most of the time you will get 1 of these 3 outcomes. You'll instantly respawn, you'll get very little speed (possibly in the opposite direction), or you will get the massive speed you are looking for. Enjoy!^_^
